Now that I am settled into my new home I wanted to take a few minutes and formally thank you for all your help throughout the purchase process. There are sellers agents and buyer’s agents but you handled both sides very well. As the buyer in this case, I felt that you did well by me without compromising the seller’s position.
This was my first purchase outside of the USA and it was with some apprehension that I made the decision to buy here in Mazatlan. Yes, I did my foot work, but with anything you do for the fist time, there are always things you have to learn the hard way. Fortunately, I connected with you and it was with your experience in the local real estate business that I was able to avoid those first time mistakes.
From my perspective, your most valuable service was that of a coordinator and facilitator. One last thing, thanks for your follow through. Most agents would have stopped when the house closed but you where there afterwards volunteering your time and know how to get the utilities changed over and the phone installed. I want to tell you how much Jan and I appreciate all that Sheryl Gamble has done for us in purchasing this condo. When we first came into your office last November we had been to two other firms in Mazatlan looking at property. It was immediately different when we came into your office. We were immediately greeted in a very professional manner and within a few minutes introduced to Sheryl. Sheryl immediately made a great impression upon us. She knew what she was talking about, immediately gaining our confidence and then continued to show that same professionalism throughout the time we were looking at condos. She took the time to arrange to pick all of us to look at the property, which entailed enlisting her husband and a second vehicle to transport Jan and I and our kids and grand kids.
